Is this 20% when all users are logged in and working?

If so, I think that you can be calm. 20% still leave 80% headroom.

Dear Users,

i have an up and running free-nx server on debian etch.
NXSERVER - Version 2.1.0-71 OS (GPL) its free-nx 0.7.1 and nomachine
client&server and node 3.0.0-x.

Currently there are 25 hosts connected and the cpu load[1] vary between 
18
to 20 which is frightening.

It's a pentium 4 with hyperthreading and 3GB Ram. The Ram consumption is
1,2GB /3GB.

Are there any known problems or ways to debug this problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated
