To generate the unique key, use 'nxkeygen' as root.

For the loadbalancing part, either take a look in 'node.conf', or look
at the pdf (chapter 7.5.3 & chapter 12) at the bottom of this mail:

The chapter 12 isn't complete / detailed enough, but it will give you a
rough/enough to get it up an running (any notes, errors, etc on this is
most welcome).
