Hi,

There are some patches that are included in Debian/Ubuntu package.
Some of them can be considered for upstream.

They are:
01_makefile - add the clean rule to the makefile
02_fix_X0_mirroring - permit X0 display mirroring on Debian
04_nxdesktop_rootless_fix - allow RDP "Run application" sessions work
correctly
05_source_xresources_fix - make sure that NX sources the /etc/X11/Xresources
08_nx-session-launcher - add a program to create a valid ConsoleKit session
for PolicyKit
