Assuming nxserver is the Arch package for the nomachine nxserver you already 
have a problem. FreeNX is an open alternative to the closed nomachine server, 
and with both installed at the same time they will conflict in unpredictable 
ways. You should probably report this to the Arch package maintainers so they 
can set a block on the installation of both.It is probably safest to 
uninstall both, clear up anything that was left behind, then reinstall either 
freenx or nxserver.
