[FreeNX-kNX] Dead Keys

Hi Adriano,

I'm using deadkeys in NX sessions without problems, in KDE apps as well. In
KDE Control Centre I configured the keyboard layout to "US International"
and it just works...

- FreeNX 0.6.0
- NX libs 2.1
