Normally nothing on the server. You need to download a client
(either from www.nomachine.com, www.2x.com (now GPL)) and configure it
with address of the server. If you are going through a firewall (open
TCP/SSH and forward to server) you need to enable SSL in the client.

No, the NXClient comes with it's own X11-Server, you don't even
need a running X11-server on the server, but you'll need the libs,
though.

You need to route/open the Firewall for SSH (TCP/22) to the server,
then enable SSL in the client.
