[FreeNX-kNX] The resize of the NX window causes windows to be incorrectly repainted

I have noticed that the graphics sometimes repaint incorrectly.
So far only in kde having to repaint menus.
There is a faq at nomachine proposing "This could be solved by forcing a
refresh of the frame buffer and sending expose events for all windows."
I don't understand what that means.
It also say that:
The NX Node 2.1.0-22 packages provide the fix for this Trouble Report.

I have read that Disabling lazy-image-encoding via pressing Ctrl+Alt+E
could fix it but I only get the popup saying that I cant turn
lazy-image-encoding on by pressing Ctrl+Alt+E which makes me believe it
does not work.

Any ideas?
