Thanks, it seems that it's nxagent:

freenx:/home/paul# file core
core: ELF 32-bit LSB core file Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), 
SVR4-style, from 'nxagent'
------------

When I remove the file and login/out with NX, it's not there anymore.
But i see all users have such a core-file. And it's somtimes a big file. 
Mine is 117 MB.
