[FreeNX-kNX] NX not working behind nat: "Error: Failure negotiating the session in stage '10'."

This means synchronization somewhere goes wrong.

Have never seen that before ...

Consider removing all .nx directories/files on all clients and servers and try again.

PS: You can enable SSL Encryption also from local LAN to have the exact same effect as if you are using your port forwarding ...
