[FreeNX-kNX] mouse wheel and keyboard repeat

Hello,

I'm struggling getting the keyboard and mouse to work as wanted.

The keyboard corresponds correctly to the model and all keys do as
expected. But the auto repeat isn't working.

As for the mouse, the scroll whell doesn't go.

Any pointers please?

I'm using 1.5 client and server.
