If you have an older version of nxnode you have to apply the change in that 
module mentioned in a FAQ on berlios (see the URL below; in the signature of 
the maillist). It has to do with ENABLE_1.5.0_BACKEND.
If you have a newer version of nxnode with the mentioned change the you may 
have to change/play with the value of ENABLE.......BACKEND; there are two of 
these parameters.
