Thanks, rdesktop proxying is not often used, but it can be a life saver feature ;)

This is an older patch from a previous (fixed) bugreport:

I just tested fullscreen without the patch, and it does work fine, so this may have been a 2.0 backend specific problem. Good if it is not needed anymore, the less patching, the better!
