You mean this?
rpm -qf /usr/bin/nxagent
nx-2.1.0-1.fc6

It was installed, as you can see.

It think the problem is that the script is looking for strings
in /usr/bin/nxagent.  But /usr/bin/nxagent is just a bash script that
calls /usr/lib/NX/nxagent.

This is a fragile design.  There should be a more robust way to identify the
nxagent version.
