[FreeNX-kNX] Its release time again ... Any open issues?

I still can't start rootless sessions on Mac/Windows and move them to
Linux; the "resume" button is always disabled in NX Client.  (How does
this evaluation take place in which NX decides it can't resume the
session?)  I tried with the SVN version today; otherwise it seems to
work well.
