I had exactly the same problem and "solved" it by wiping all NXClient
stuff (NXClient dir, .nx .ssh tmp in Profile, cygwin-Registry-entries),
reinstalling and rebooting. AltGr works now in KDE-sessions, though I
still don´t know what was causing this misbehaviour before. It also does
not work correctly in rdp-sessions, i.e. I don´t get a German keyboard
mapping there.
