No, but here is a small "byhand" update-howto I use for myself, which will 
update everything, but nxloadconfig and nxsetup.

First time:

su -
rm -f /usr/lib/nx/nxserver
mv /usr/bin/nxserver /usr/lib/nx/nxserver
ln -s /usr/lib/nx/nxserver /usr/bin

Always:

cd FreeNX-0.5.0-*/
rm -f nxloadconfig nxsetup
sudo cp nx* /usr/lib/nx/
