[FreeNX-kNX] Building and installing the software

It's not easy, the build seems to be very straightforward but the 
nuances of the keying and individual Linux distros are time consuming to 
figure out.

A typical problem is that under SuSE 10.0 "xauth list" hangs - so the 
sample scripts supplied with the distro don't work..
