 Exactly, windows or linux binaries. The difference is that SSH connexion is 
100% java, and you don't need FreeNX on the server, only Nomachine GPL 
components are required.

  Holding SSH connexion directly in java allow us to have more elaborated 
authentication methods (private key, Web SSO, ...)
