[FreeNX-kNX] New open source client: QtNX

Hello,

For the past couple of months I've been working on a new client library and 
frontend, dubbed NXClientLib and QtNX respectively.

Today I made enough progress to be able to release a version of QtNX which 
works (hopefully). More information can be found at my blog at
