[FreeNX-kNX] anybody running *nx natively on x86-64?

Has anybody built and used *nx on amd64, gcc-4.0.1?

Does anybody have a patch for the forward declaration error 
in RenderExtension.h?

I see a number of posts, but no success stories, and yes, 
I've seen the ubuntu page. Doesn't WFM.
