[FreeNX-kNX] problem with freenx windows client

Hi
 I have the windows client running on windows XP and the nx server running on ubuntu linux.  Here is what I am experiencing:

 When I begin installation of the client - I get the following message:
"NX Client for Windows detected that some programs are in use by Windows.  The setup will not be able to replace these file.  Do you want to kill the running programs"

  If I say no - the free nx client installs but cannot connect to the server.  If I say yes, install nxclient and reboot the machine - the client work ok but only till the next time the machine is restarted.

  After the next restart of the machine, I end up with more problems.  When I start nx client, I get a dialog box saying "Error unknown".  The client hangs up in the "Setting up the X environment" part - and does nothing else after that.

  Given below are the contents of the NXWin.log and the runlog files.

  My computer also has the complete cygwin installation, including the cygwin server.  I'm not sure if that causes an issue.  Any ideas or suggestions on fixing this are highly appreciated.
