[FreeNX-kNX] Start-script setting umask and environment

we are calling our custom start script from the nx-client, under settings->
"run the following command". In the script we start xfwm4 window manager and
then start our java app. (using xfwm4 - daemon) . Maybe this is not the best
approach , but it works fine for us.
