[FreeNX-kNX] Cut & Paste Possible between Desktops? (Seemingly stupid question)

I subscribed and used the NoMachine "testdrive", with a Windows/MSIE desktop
on the client and KDE on the NX server. I could not copy text from the
Windows desktop to OO or Kate in the NX session. Cut/Paste menu options
greyed out in those proggies. This was a simple connection, no shares.
Apart from that, I was fairly impressed, although the net speed was no
better than a regular VNC session in my mind (yeah, I now their Dual Xeons
were running 90% - 99%).

After searching their KB and finding nada, I have sent an e-mail to
info at NXmachines asking them if cut & paste between the two desktops is a
feature of the suite, not a feature, or just disabled for the testdrive. No
answer so far after 24 hours. Maybe they are quite busy, but response time
to simple pre-sales questions is always a criteria for vendor selection at
our shop. Especially when the vendor has removed forum capability from
their support matrix.

So I plowed through the web, google'd, read every header in this mailing
list back to Sept 2004, read the how-to's/articles in the freenx.berlios
site pages. In short, everything I could find. Nowhere (to date) have I
been able to find a problem about this, or any mention of it being a feature
or non-feature.

As I'm about to regen a new server for testing purposes with SuSe for
Terminal Server (equivalent) functionality, including Xen and Apache-based
web sites, I thought I'd ask the question. I know Suse has some NX/FreeNX
rpms, but before I spend time if it's a useless exercise, I'd like to know
if the functionality exists. Whatever I end up with will be imaged onto
other servers, so I don't want a lot of dead-end or abortive implementations
on the master image if I can help it.

Anyone know? TIA.
