A terse description of building FreeNX 0.4.0-pre1 from source on Kubuntu/Hoary.

Summary, its pretty straight forward and just works.  I've got this
running on a Xen instance of Kubuntu. With esd, I managed to get sound
piping back to the windows !M client. Although it was very choppy.
