[FreeNX-kNX] middle click and ctrl + V sometimes not working?

I noticed that sometimes copying / pasting using middle mouse button is 
not working between local Linux desktop and a remote FreeNX one.

Sometimes I have to press it several times to make it work.
It's a bit annoying.

Is it just me, or some more of you have the same problem?
