OK, that was a worthless log...
The problem seems not to originate in freeNX but in the !M OSS nx components
called by freeNX. Could we see their logs too?
(Set SESSION_LOG_CLEAN=0 in node.conf to save them after the disconnection).
The relevant files is ~/.nx/T-C-$hostname-$display-$sessid/errors and
~/.nx/T-C-$hostname-$display-$sessid/session. If the files are large, attach to
your email rather then cut & paste.
