Can I request a feature?  I mainly use nx via a diskless thinstation 
( thinstation.sf.net ) so there really is no $HOME to speak of.  The user 
files all would be removeable devices that get mounted under /tmp/mnt/.  
Could the NX-Shares be a environment variable?  So it would be ...

$NXSHARES=$HOME/NX-Shares
  or
$NXSHARES=/tmp/mnt
