[FreeNX-kNX] Netbeans window is blank

Where is this "node.cfg" file?  The only file like it that I can find is 
/etc/nxserver/node.conf.sample.  Should I edit this and change the name 
to node.conf or node.cfg and put it somewhere.  If so where?
