Ok, but you made a mistake anyway.

First:

It must be: 

- - /usr/NX/bin/nxsetup --setup-nomachine-key

So do:

deluser nx
/usr/NX/bin/nxsetup --setup-nomachine-key

again to have it installed correctly. At the moment it points to your homedir 
and to version 0.2-2, which is bad ...

Second: I have made a mistake:

mktemp has different syntax on RH 9 it seems. 

You'll have to change:

$(mktemp) to $(mktemp /tmp/nxserver_tmp.$$)

And I'll do the same in my tree.
