[FreeNX-kNX] got: "cannot create directory `/home/.nx'"

Hi,

running the "nxsetup" I got an

"Setting up user nx ...mkdir: cannot create directory `/home/.nx': 
Permission denied"

error.
Reason is, that the home directories are mounted via automounter.

I didn`t find any info about reasonable values for NX_HOME_DIR or 
NX_ETC_DIR.

I have:
   SuSE 9.1
and (from the suse site)
   FreeNX-0.2.4-2
   NX-1.4.0-12
   knx-0.1-10

installed the rpms and run "nxsetup".
Any idea to do it better?
