Thats the wrong repository and just an experimental one. Please remove all 
packages again and use the kalyxo.org deb line.

then do:

apt-get -t experimental install nxserver nxviewer nxdesktop

This is used to connect to VNC. If you need that, then yes its missing, but I 
don't see why you'd need that in LTSP.
