Huh?!? Do you mean a .nx directory? It should be in your home.

nxcomp/nxproxy will automatically remove the corrupted cache for
you at the time it fails loading it. If you still want to force
the removal of all the cache files, check the .nx/cache* directo-
ries in your home.

BTW, how can you see the mentioned message if you can't connect?
