[FreeNX-kNX] NX 1.4.0 Final - Time for some new RPM's

Wow.

I must have been asleep last week, because I didn't see that 1.4.0 Final
had been released. Fedora/Redhat RPM's have been updated with the latest
NX sources and as I'm writing this email on the new packages, it seems
to be running fairly well. You can get the new packages at:

http://fedoranews.org/contributors/rick_stout/freenx/

BTW, these packages run well on Fedora Core 3, but will not build on
that release. FC3 updated to gcc3.4 which seems to have borked a number
of packages, and NX seems fit in that category. Cool thing to note is
that Gnome 2.8 notices xkb errors, and will give you a choice on which
xkb settings to use. I didn't notice any problems with the KDE
interface, as I'm not typically a KDE user. Knoppix, SLAX, and the new
Fedora may make a convert out of me, however... :)

Regards,

Rick Stout
