[FreeNX-kNX] Continuous operation in nxagent while disconnected

Dario and the other guys at NoMachine have just built a
new nxagent that allows continuous operation while discon-
nected from the remote display. For now it works OK, but
it definitely needs more testing. This should solve the
problems reported by Kurt Granroth, Andreas Stanescu,
Christian Fischer and others.

No time to include it in the 1.4.0 update that we hope to
release before Xmas, but the good news is that it will
surely come as part of the 1.4.1 release ;-).
