NXNODE isn't starting and client side NXPROXY returns signal 15.

I suppose that the log above is complete at the end. If the nxserver is able 
to call nxnode you must get a logging output like
NX> 1000 NXNODE - Version 1.4.0-02 "OS_(GPL)"

I suppose that you haven't pached nxserver with the patch from Fabian Franz. 
I supopose that your problem has something to do with that.
