Rick,
Looks as if you have identifed the problem. I just tried editing one
of the the /var/lib/nxserver/running/sessionId\{the session ID} file
for a particular suspended sessions and found the following at the
bottom ...
screeninfo=800x600x32+render
geometry=fullscreen
Changing the geometry parameter to 800x600 (i was guessing) ....
screeninfo=800x600x32+render
geometry=800x600
... and it allows me to resume the session!!!
I can't see where this parameter would be set within the nxserver
script so wondering if thats done by one of the binaries? Should be
able to write a temporary fixup script to correct this parameter in
these files in the meantime.
Cheers
Rob

Rick,
Just tested it and I can get the 1.4.0-75 client to resume using Full
Screen only, not on any of the other options including Available Area.
This is the first time I've used full screen as I used to default to
available area.
Another question, should the versions of the nx package rpm you've
created on your site follow the version of what has been released by
No Machine as in the server version? Or put another way do No Machine
release the GPL equivalent code for the nx packages for each drop of
their commercial server version?
Regards
Rob

I have finally been able to get the 1.4.0-75 series client to resume,
but I can only get the resume to work when selecting Full Screen, or
Available area. It appears that when doing resume's at any other
resolution ends up with the client attempting to do a full screen
session, and the consequently failing. Can anyone verify this?
Regards,
Rick Stout
