Flickering page.

I was going to go to the extent of making up a bug report for this, but
thought there may be a ready answer to implement at this end.
Why does this page:

https://tass.ru/en

flicker like this in Falkon, when it is stable in other browsers, (such
as Firefox), and then stabilise out when switching to the English
version - at bottom left.
