Yes, I did that one. I wanted to have an easier way to locate the RSS 
feeds and I used it also to experiment with QML plugin API (to find if it 
can be used for something)

This, I believe cannot be done through extensions (at minimum not the 
ones written in QML) since you would need to tap into some Falkon 
internals somehow. There is no API to allow adding custom tabs to this 
dialog.

Feel free to add it if you need it. I do not think it is in the scope of 
that extension. The original purpose was to make it a little bit easier 
to find RSS feeds since many sites provide them but do not indicate it 
anywhere on the site. (eg. Many wordpress sites)

I would keep this kind of stuff as an extension since it is rarely used 
feature.
