Screen capture details for blog post.

Hello,

I forward a request from IRC.

Mention in the release blog post for Falkon 3.2 that the "Screen 
Capture" feature requires X.org to work and that it need to be enabled 
in setting first because by default it is disabled and others have it 
enabled by default.

On Wayland it showed only black screen to the user.

The path to the setting is:
Preferences > Browsing > Web COnfiguration > Enable screen capture
