No the global-User Agent setting (in 3.1) is not editable, also
unbelievebly all the options allowed include a description of your
actual OS which is precisely what somebody who is trying to exploit a
system vulnerability needs to know. Yes there are other fingerprints
that can be used but giving the unwashed public details about your
system is not a good idea.
