Compiling Falkon with a light background?

Falkon presents a dark background with opened images.  However, I'd like 
a light background.  I don't see a preference option for this and have 
attempted to make the change when compiling but have been unsuccessful.

Firefox presents the same dark background by default but I simply change 
darknoise.png to a light color before compiling.  Simple. However, I've 
been unsuccessful with the same logic in Falkon as I don't see a 
relevant image file.  I also see my RGB settings but have also been 
unsuccessful.

Is there a way to do this.  I've easily compiled Falkon but need to make 
a change prior to compiling to change the background.
