Speed Dial Issue

To Whom This Concerns:

I tried to get into the KDE bug reporting system to report an issue with Falkon but was unable to, so I'm sending it here. 

It seams that the right click options on the speed dial page are not functional. When you right click to Add New Page, to Configure Speed Dial, and to Reload All Dials they do nothing.
