That depends on the Qt version installed on CI where the installer is
built. Next version will most likely be built with more recent Qt
release. But in particular, QtWebEngine 5.11 has annoying bug where
pages sometimes render only in half, which is only fixed in
(unreleased) Qt 5.11.1.
