Windows Store and future releases

Hello,

I believe that releasing Elisa to the Windows store is important.

At the same time, I am kind of blocked by the latest stable release (i.e. 
0.4.2) that is currently being blocked by an infinite loop at start (probably 
a binding loop according to the warnings).

My plan would be to release more or less the current master branch (after a 
two weeks string freeze and bug fixing period) now. This version is working 
fine on Windows and look much better.

We could then go back to the original plan that is to integrate the 
coordinated releases of applications made by KDE.

What do you think ?
