Problem while building Elisa from source on Linux

Hi,
I'm on Kubuntu 18.04 and am building Elisa from source. I followed the
build instructions from https://community.kde.org/Elisa#on_Linux but after
installing all the packages (which is already mentioned as a command
there), I get this error:

CMake Error at src/CMakeLists.txt:123 (kconfig_add_kcfg_files): Unknown
CMake command "kconfig_add_kcfg_files"

I already have libkf5config-dev package installed. Can anyone help me with
this?
