Release of version 0.1

Hello,

Sorry for me being not active enough. I have had collisions with real life.

I have tagged the 0.1 release and uploaded the source tar. They should appear 
in a few hours or days in /stable/elisa/0.1 on download.kde.org.

Thanks and congratulations to everybody who has help build this first stable 
version. Without you, nothing would have been achieved.

Now, let's celebrate that and continue building the next increment.
