Tweaks to the headerbar

Hey guys,

I've been playing with some tweaks to the headerbar to get a little more
readability. I've increased the blur to reduce the complexity in
backgrounds, and lower the brightness to increase contrast with the text.
The backgrounds look more like a "color feel", but I think it helps pop up
the cover and text.

What do you guys think? I can put this in a patch if you want to check it
out
