[SESSION CHAIRS] Guidelines for Sessions Chairs! Important! Please read!

Heya,

Please read this if you have been signed up as a session
chair. Otherwise, please ignore!

The conference will begin in less than two days. It is time to get you
all up to speed on what your responsibilities are as a session chair. To
make this easy I have put together a check list I'd like you to ask you
to closely follow. It should contain all information you need. (and if
not, please contact me quickly, and we can add what's missing).

Please read this document right now, top to bottom. It will also be
included in printed form in an envelope you will collect at the
reception before your shift, however since it contains a couple of items
you need to do before your shift please read it right-away.
