Volunteer's schedule

I would like to confirm my schedule with one exception.

I'm scheduled as a greeter from 11:00-14:00 on Saturday, but I must
attend a session from 12:00-12:30.  If it's permissible I could do the
whole timeslot except the thirty minutes of the session.

If extra help is welcome, I would be available for setup or tear-down
on any day (I'm only schedules for Monday).
