KDE 3.5 Release Candidate 1

   KDE 3.5 is almost finished
[http://developer.kde.org/development-versions/kde-3.5-release-plan.html],
so we have prepared a first release candidate
[http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-announce&m=113175000630488&w=2].  We want
to have it tested as much as possible, so please give it a show. You can
download the sources from download.kde.org
[http://download.kde.org/unstable/3.5-rc1/src]. To compile them you can
use the Konstruct build script 
[http://developer.kde.org/build/konstruct/]. In the short time frame
since tarball creation only binary packages
[http://download.kde.org/unstable/3.5-rc1] for SUSE Linux got finished,
Kubuntu will upload theirs during the weekend. Thanks for your help in
reporting bugs [http://bugs.kde.org/] and giving feedback so far.
